Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. We’ll send you tracking as soon as it’s on the way.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet (typically we ship within 24-48hrs) we’re happy to help. Just reach out as soon as you can.

Because most of our products are perishable or digital, all sales are final once shipped. That said, if something’s off, let us know.
